Ordering

How to place an order?

Start by finding your desired product from our store and "add to cart" via our quick view button or directly within the product webpage. Be wary of making sure to choose the correct variant out of our many options and sizes. Once at the checkout page, simply follow the steps and enter relevant information to fulfil your special order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, however creating an account will help you to track your orders, make returns or exchanges, view your purchase history and also manage your delivery and billing addresses.

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

Shipping

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners for final deliveries.

How can I track my parcel?

Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. We aim to process your order within 2 business days. It is possible due to a high volume of orders that processing times can vary. Shipping delivery is estimated at 5-10 business days to arrive depending on where you are. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-14 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email and you will be notified along the way.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

Returns are allowed within 14-days of delivery. Please follow relevant steps to return your product through our Return Policy, or simply contact us at our email.

Refunds

After receiving the return, our team will inspect the products and when approved, a refund will be issued to the customers original payment method. Refunds usually take 3-7 days, however it is strictly related to the customers banking issuer.

Cash On Delivery?
